Tops Electronic Service provides on site service for televisions within hundreds of locations in New England, Indiana, Kentucky, and Florida. If your product is covered under manufacturers warranty or service contract please confirm its eligibility for on site service with our staff. If your product is out of warranty we will be happy to perform service on a COD basis. We accept most major credit cards. A $145.00 travel and diagnostic fee will be charged on our first visit and covers the cost of the visit and diagnosis of the problem. This generally covers the travel and first 15 minutes of service.  If repairs cannot be completed on the first visit an estimate of the total cost to repair can be provided at no additional charge. In most cases, our technician will be removing the back of your television so please be sure it is accessible when we visit.
