Tops Electronic Service provides
carry in service at 105 Ward Hill Ave., Haverhill, MA 01835. Our staff is
available to help you unload equipment from your vehicle during our lobby
hours,
Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
If your product is under manufacturers warranty or protected by an
extended service contract, please bring your sales receipt or service
contract with you. We will gladly make a copy for our records. If your
warranty has expired, we are happy to provide service on a
COD basis. When you arrive with your product we will require a $59.00
diagnostic fee. This fee covers the cost of diagnosing the problem and
will be applied to the repair cost. You will be given an estimate of the
repair cost if the cost exceeds our major labor rate or an agreed upon
amount set by you, whichever is greater. Please remember that products
in excess of 7 years old may not be supported and service may not be possible.
